I am a father and a dreamer. I walked out of corporate world 15 years ago with $800 to my name and the upcoming monthly bills fast approaching, to peruse a dream of freedom using real estate. I truly walked the world with sink or swim mentality for years to follow and still do. Nothing is a guarantee, so I know I always have to be sharp and focused on what's next. At 32, I am skilled all across the board with regards to real estate and real estate investing. Through very hard work, long days and barely getting by financially, in a little over 6 years I own 15 investment properties. Experience: Monopoly was my favorite game as a child and still is to this day. As stated above I have grown my company's to a small 15 units but did so with very little outside help. I turned $25k into $750k worth of real estate in 6 years by myself. I follow a strategy by Fred Trump, advice by Warren Buffet and a belief I follow from the movie Field of Dreams! I love this world of real estate. It's a passion of mine. Real Estate Goals: Growth! I look to continue each day to frown with this industry and learn as much as I can. Fail a little, can't learn without failure. I really like making an impact on communities and watch them grow. I'd also like to have something to leave my children and grand children. Currently Seeking: I've made it this far with very little capital. I'm seeking a strategic lender with similar goals and ambitions.
