Experience: I began my real estate career working as a development analyst at an economics advisory firm that specialized in working with municipal clients. Our work included due diligence, fiscal and economic impact analysis, development management, negotiations, etc. From there I worked for a local municipality's economic development department and just recently moved into commercial brokerage.
