Hello everyone! I'm Quetzaly "Q", an active real estate investor based in Jacksonville, Florida. I've always been a problem solver at heart, which is probably why I've become so passionate about creative finance. Especially in today's market, I believe there are opportunities to help more buyers and sellers find common ground when traditional financing or conventional deal structures just aren't getting the job done. My primary focus is affordable housing, and I enjoy finding creative ways to acquire properties, whether through seller financing, partial seller carries, or other structures that make sense for everyone involved. To me, some of the most interesting deals are the ones that require a little outside-the-box thinking. I also run Qnect Capital, where I provide transactional funding for investors, including EMD, double closes, and certain creative-finance transactions. I joined Passive Pockets to connect with other investors, exchange ideas, learn from different perspectives, and hopefully contribute some of my own experiences along the way.
