I started investing in RE in mid '07, fortunately I started off slow (only 1 deal in the first year) and found BP quickly. Since then I have been rehabbing SFRs and reselling or keeping as rentals. I recently retired from my day job as a mechanical design engineer and am continuing to look for additional streams of income. I'm married with a 13 year old, 11 year old, and a 9 year old.
