Hi, I’m Rachel! I’ve been investing since 2008 but only recently started really treating my investment activities as a business. I started off by flipping houses, purchasing foreclosures right after the crash. I’ve shifted my focus to buy and hold, specifically small multi-family (cash-flowing!) properties.
