Rachel Grunn

I am a REALTOR® and Multifamily Syndicator based in Dallas, TX. My family has been in the real estate investing business since I was a child. My mother is a full-time investor and my father is an investor and contractor. They have equity in many multi family syndication deals and countless rental properties. I grew up working on flips, from scraping tile to plastering backsplashes. Real Estate is in my blood. I’m an international model based in Dallas and I’m currently investing in multi-family and single family properties. I use my skilled investment knowledge and expertise to serve my buyer, seller, and investor clients on their home purchases. I worked with the BP guys to help them find a mobile home park deal in 2019 and since have syndicated 500+ doors.
