About myself
My background is C level exec., entrepreneurship and business consulting/development. I've bought and sold Real Estate in the past on a small scale. Now I want to do it full time. My main interest is in smaller multi family, 6 to 16 units. I'm interested in the Columbus and Cleveland, Pittsburgh and surrounding area markets right now. I realize the risks and would welcome any insight regarding being an absentee owner and what I should know about management companies in those areas in particular. I'm looking for all the expertise and insight I can find!
