I'm currently searching for my first and second investment properties in Chattanooga, TN and Clarksville, TN long-distance and out-of-state. Yes, I plan to buy at least 2 properties this year even though I'm a new investor -- hoping for even more. My strategy is midterm rentals in multi-family units. I work in the yachting industry and run two online businesses on the side. One brings mostly passive income from the online courses I've created. The second is a financial literacy coach and education business called Darn Good Money, which focuses primarily on buy-and-hold index fund investing.
