Rafael is my name, I'm a Real Estate Investor. 35 Years old, father of two Amzie & Elsie, Married to Squenia who is also my realtor and business partner, God over everything. I got into Real Estate at age of 21 not to becoming and investor, but with the intention of fulfilling the dream of owning a house. I sold that property 6 months later made 70k profit, easy money "not so easy" I lost 3 times more than that on my second deal. I made wrong decisions cause of my lack of experience and lack of resources available to everyone today like BP. I got distracted for a while did want to know anything to do REI. I worked hard to overcome that negative mindset. It took me 7 years and lots of discipline to rebuild my credit and get my finances in place, Lesson learned I made a profit on my first deal because I was lucky not because I knew what i was doing. 2017 I've retaken position on my REI journey. First I became a REI content consumer #books, #podcast, #blogs, #netwroking events or anything to do REI, and than an action taker. As of today I own 3 cash-flowing units, and done 3 profitable flips and adding.
