Hello all, My name is Rafaella Almeida. I’m married with a heir of one year old. I work full time and so does my husband. We have a 3 family rental property in Ansonia CT. My husband bought the house in 2007 and we have kept it because the market crashed but the house kept rented for the most part. We lived in the house for seven years to save money and today we have our own almost forever home and still kept the rental since we feel the house is still paying itself and making us extra cash. We also owned a laundromat which we sold in 2016. The laundromat was crazy work and we devoted over 80 hours a week to it. After fours years of uninterrupted work (no vacations or weekends) we sold it. My husband and I work full time but we both want to invest in real estate. We want to increase our portfolio by flipping and/or acquiring more multi family houses. We are looking for partners to grow together a business. We are not scared of getting our hands dirty - literally - I touched cat poop peaking up leaves in our rental property the other day so, there you have it. We would love to partner with a real estate agent, an investor or/and a contractor. In return, we can teach you how to speak Portuguese, make you some cod fish à brasa, and pastel de nata.
