I am the founder of Caspian Group, a Commercial Real Estate Investment Company in Edina Minnesota www.caspIanrealty.com. Our main focus is on acquisition of distressed Commercial real estate for redevelopment or long term hold. Main area of expertise is creative financing for deals up to five million. We have experience with working on industrial, retail, office and mixed use properties.
