Additionally, I Own and Manage Short Term Rentals and love helping investors 2-3x their cashflow vs LTR. I Help investors buy everything from Turnkey rentals to complete rehabs. I connect investors with on and off market deals and I also help investors with the complete rehab process by either connecting them with local GC's or helping them to GC their own project while I make the connection with the individual contractors. My wife and I are active investors in the OKC Metro area. We call ourselves flippers because we love to buy ugly homes and make them beautiful. How we disposition the property just depends on whether it makes sense to hold and BRRRR and STR or LTR, Wholesale/whole-tail, or to flip to add Capitol to finance more deals. As Team Lead, My primary focus is the front end, keeping the funnel full. It is no different than any other business, as sales is always the engine that drives the train. I am always prospecting for Off-Market properties for my Out-Of-State Investors and for my own business.
