I am a Realtor and an investor. I just recently obtained my Real Estate License in Florida. I have owned a few different residential rental properties in the past, including a townhouse, a duplex and a triplex, but never focused on it as a consistent long-term approach. I currently have an e-commerce business which I manage on a part-time basis and I also own a commercial medical building which I manage. I have now decided to invest more time and effort in real estate to expand my knowledge and investments and help other investors analyze and purchase real estate investments.
