Real Estate investor. I purchased my first property in Astoria, NY August of 2012 and I also own a 5 family in NOLA. Prior career background Sr. Systems Administrator position for over 15 years. Recent: My first Flip: I started with analyzing the Woodstock Georgia area on December 10th 2016 and 3 weeks later, the last Friday of the year, I landed a deal; an offer letter was signed and started the rehab. I'm now in contract and waiting to hear back on the closing date. I finally updated my profile on 9/9/2018: My GA flip was a great beginning and a successful one!!
