I am passionate about Real Estate. I am a Software Engineer by profession. I am originally from India. Been in US for 18 years (now I am citizen). I work full time at Pacific Gas & Electric in San Ramon, California. I own 6 single family homes (all buy & hold rentals) locally in California all of them acquired between 2011 to 2013 generating good cash flow. I own several single family homes in Memphis,TN and small apartment complexes in Cleveland OH. I have flipped 2 SFR making good profit. Excited and looking forward to expand my real estate portfolio. Mainly looking for cash flow SFR and small apartment complexes. Open to JV.
