I am a custom metal fabricator and I've spent the last few years making custom metal architecture, railings and stairs for high end homes. I would spend long days making spotlight features for new homes and installing them on site. As a natural observer I noticed the finely tuned process it takes to build a home from the first nail to the last clean up before closing. I also noticed that the homes were being sold for what I consider ridiculously high prices. I made a habit to learn what I could from all the contractors and project managers I encountered. This, was for me. I want to build, buy, and sell homes into financial freedom. I want to build a legacy of independence so I can quit the 9-5 and start enjoying my life with my family. I'm happy to be here and I'm ready to learn.
