We are looking to buy larger deals in B/C areas and in B/C neighborhoods. We are looking to acquire properties in working class neighborhoods that are in the path of progress. We then focus on selecting the very best resident with our outstanding marketing, rigorous screening and resident due diligence process. We focus on giving our Residents an “Exceptional Living Experience”. We are focused on Multi-Family properties and building the portfolio of Buy and Hold Properties. As we grow, we will be looking to do larger deals in consistently improving areas. We will trade smaller and less productive assets for larger and more productive assets. We will shift the marketing to larger assets within the Residential Multi-Family Arena in Miami-Dade and Broward County. We intend to hold these properties for a minimum of 3 years and are constantly evaluating market conditions to make sure we mitigate any market risk.
