I have over 20 years of experience in sales. now I have an 8 to 5 job, I want to pursue other venues so I can stop working for others. I am a foreign language instructor. I know how to buy right. I took few courses and seminars in real estate investing, I don't have a lot of cash to work with, and I had a bankruptcy 3 years ago, but now I have very good credit. I bought 3 residential properties in the past, made good money on 2, and lost some. Experience: Yes, as i mentioned I owned 3 homes before, and I worked in the auto industry for many years whole sale, and retail. Real Estate Goals: I would like to own a house to live in , and few rental. Buy and sell, lease option, whatever come my way and is profitable. Currently Seeking: I would feel more comfortable if I have a larger starting capital. but that won't stop me , it might take little more time to achieve what I strive for.
