I’m Ram Sund, a Calgary REALTOR® / Associate with RE/MAX Real Estate (Mountain View), RECA ID CON-00018412. I’ve worked in real estate since 2005, primarily helping residential buyers and sellers throughout Calgary. I also work with investment properties, condos, multi-family real estate, relocation, and luxury homes. My approach is practical and market-focused. I prefer to look at the property, location, current market conditions, ownership considerations, and the client’s goals rather than treating any single number as the whole picture. My strongest areas are Calgary market knowledge, property evaluation, negotiation, buyer education, and seller strategy. Before focusing on real estate, I gained experience in residential construction and project management. That background gives me additional context when looking at property, but I don’t present myself as a home inspector, appraiser, or contractor. Within Calgary, my market focus includes Panorama Hills, Evanston, Hamptons, Royal Oak, Rocky Ridge, Tuscany, Arbour Lake, Brentwood, Dalhousie, Charleswood, Collingwood, and Varsity. I also serve Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere, and Rural Rocky View.
