About myself
I have been a real estate "watcher" for my entire adult life. I have always been interested in getting into real estate, but when it came time to pull the trigger, 2008 happened. Since 2008, life got in the way (including a couple little people), but now I am actively looking for that first deal to flip, and figured this was a good place to start. Finally finished my first flip! I would say it was a great success.
