I'm a real estate agent with eXp licensed in Kentucky and an avid investor (since 2015) who currently owns 6 multifamily buy and holds (18 units) and 2 single family rentals as well as a personal residence. I’ve sold about a dozen of my properties as well. I’d love to help others find real estate investments a residence! Experience: I have three multifamily buy and holds, a 2 family, a 3 family, and a 5 family. Rehabbed and refinanced the 2 family, as I purchased it empty. Rehabbing the 3 family one unit at a time as the tenants transition. Only small repairs so far on the 5 family, mostly exterior. I've sold three other properties. I had originally purchased with renting them in mind but had more interest from people to buy than rent so I sold them. Real Estate Goals: Have 6 multi family rentals to help support my family of four and to be more financially free. Fix and flip two houses a year for the foreseeable future.
