I have been a general contractor for over 20 years. I am the owner of Silverado Services Group LLC, and The Woodlands Handyman services. We are located in Conroe, Texas. Our service area covers the Gulf Coast area with a focus North of Houston, however we go where the projects take us. Along with having the knowledge and skills to rehab real estate, we also are investors. We wholesale, rehab, buy and hold, lease, owner finance... pretty much have a interest in every angle of this market.
