I hold an Arizona real estate license and my rental portfolio includes a condo in downtown Seattle, single family houses in Scottsdale, and 2 short term rental cabins in the Smokey mountains, and several commercial properties utilizing the Delaware Statutory Trust. Real Estate Goal: I am continuing to build my portfolio to the point of passive income retirement via the DST. I hope to achieve that by the end of 2027.
