I'm currently working in Qatar and will be investing from overseas. I love it here and have been into Biggerpockets since I was deployed in Afghanistan in 2021. My markets are Colorado, Florida, Arizona, Texas, Nevada and Ohio. I'm focusing my energy on wholesaling and STR at the moment before moving onto something else. One thing I have to offer someone is time to invest when others don't. I have on rental property in Port Charlotte Florida. I bought it while overseas and have never even seen the property. I have time on my hands to learn and research properties, but I am still learning.
