Click to edit position description I was a Massage Therapist for 30 years. Then I got tired. I retired. That was a good idea for about three weeks. Then I applied for a lot of part-time jobs. One of the jobs I applied for was: "Real Estate Investment Group Needs Apprentice" "Earn While You Learn". I was hooked, became immediately passionate! So far I have learned about Whole Sale Properties, Taxes, Entities, Red Flags, Creative Acquisitions and a lot more. One of my instructors said; “START BUILDING YOUR TEAM NOW!” •Accountants who are Real Estate Investors and know others who invest in Real Estate. •Attorneys who are Real Estate Investors and know other who invest in Real Estate. •Contractors who are Real Estate Investors and know others who invest in Real Estate. •Handymen who are Real Estate Investors and know others who invest in Real Estate. •A Title Company who is a Real Estate Investor and know others who invest in Real Estate. •Realtors who are Real Estate Investors and know others who invest in Real Estate. •Buyers So I'm following instructions and building my team. In real estate my focus is on Whole Sale Properties, Vacant Lots, Fix & Flips, and New Construction.
