I have full time W2 career in Corporate America, but my real passion is real estate. I purchased my SFR house hack in 1994 while in college at Bemidji State University and have been investing every since. House hacked two more duplexes in the Twin Cities before my career started to take off. With a demanding W2 career I have moved on to class A condos as I don't have time to deal with tenants issues. I joined BP to network with other like-minded individuals and grow my real estate connections, specifically in the Twin Cities area. Also, I have been contemplating best exist strategy from my W2 job and transition from high real estate equity position to stable cash flow.
