About myself
Hospitality professional taking time out for bad behavior as a warehouse mgr. in Fairview Heights, IL. Have had half dozen fix/hold in the past but was a poor landlord (read no systems) and got out of it so I could lose all my money in a failed restaurant venture. Jumping back into RE with emphasis on buy and hold, possibly college student rental market with 4 colleges within 40 miles
