Randy Forcier

I am a Real Estate Investor in Biddeford, ME. The first property I bought was a 3 family that I purchased from some family members when I was only 24 years old. I had no idea what I was doing at the time, other than I wanted to invest in Real Estate, and it turned out to be an awful deal! It was the best thing that ever happened to me though, it got my feet wet in the business and I've gone on to learn so much from it since then. I now own 10 properties, totally 48 units, with plans to continue to grow. I'm looking to connect with similar minded people in Southern Maine to widen my network, build relationships and ultimately expand my business. In addition to Real Estate Investing, my full time job is in Residential Lending. I'm always open to coffee or lunch and subscribe to the mindset that "Giver's Gain", I look forward to connecting.
