I bought my first investment property in 2004 <-- a 4 plex. Bought a second 4 plex in 2006 and rehabbed all 4 units. I've also purchased 3 properties at tax lien properties -- one was a 9 BR 7000 sqr foot B&B. All properties are in Louisiana. I live in California and am a licensed RE agent but not registered with a broker. I'm currently building my investor list and researching short term real estate investment options in the Bay Area.
