I have been interested in the real estate industry for many years, but always considered it to be just that -- an interest, which amounted to regularly monitoring local real estate markets and following the industry more broadly. However, I'm looking to take real estate from a passive interest to an active pursuit, and have been reading as much as I can about portfolio development strategies, lending and property management. I'm confident that this community will be a great resource in the process, and look forward to connecting with others. Thanks!
