Randy has been investing in real estate for 30 years and has purchased, sponsored and structured millions in real estate and mortgage note related transactions. He has also been a consultant/advisory to over 500 individuals/companies nationwide on creative real estate and mortgage note investing. Randy started his career in the corporate world. He worked for two major chemical/pharmaceutical companies for 18 years in operations with several hundred employees before he decided to retire and transition into real estate full time. Randy has 11 publications and 2 patents and wrote a book called "IRA 401k Income Builder" which explains how to buy real estate, mortgage notes, private lending, etc inside your Self-Directed IRA or Solo 401k. Real Estate Goals: My focus is now on building passive income through real estate, mortgage notes and private lending. I also focus on tax free or tax deferred investing using a Self Directed IRA or a Solo 401k.
