I'm really new to real estate investing and at the moment my biggest interest is in learning and doing wholesaling as a way to get started, build my cash buyers list, how to find motivated sellers, what contracts to use and how, and also to see if there is anything I may possibly be able to help investors and others with. My background has always been in sales. We had a couple of family hardware stores years ago and after that I mostly was in advertising sales and marketing. I always loved helping business owners market their business since most were knowledgeable about their particular products and services but fairly clueless when it came to "effectively" marketing their business.
