GOAL: $36,000 /month in passive income by 2025 Experience: Passively investing as LP in 23 different syndications across 11 different operators in various asset classes including mobile home, multi family, self storage, car wash, short term rental and an ATM fund. Purchased two turnkey SFRs in Kansas City, MO in early 2019. Completed two BRRRR SFR in Atlanta, GA in 2020, and one additional SFR in early 2021. Sold all SFRs to shift that capital to passive investments in 2022. Since leaving my W-2 in May of 2022, I've started to help educate and inspire the new passive investor as this strategy has allowed me to leave Corporate America.
