Hello other investors. I am a full time investor for many years now. I wholesale some, rehab some, buy rentals, buy notes, structure deals that a lot of others don't know how to do. I also teach, but only in Arkansas, and I run the Arkansas Real Estate Investors Association (ArkREIA) as well as Coach ( Arkansas Wealth Builders LLC).
