Rania Dalloul, aged 44, is a 19 years experienced professional, holding position of a Legal Advisor at the Dalfa Group Company (www.dalfa.com). She is a daughter of Mr. Fakhri Dalloul. Married with seven children. Born in 1973 in Lebanon, Rania was raised in France. When the civil war broke out in 1975, her parents were forced to move abroad. A tough situation in the homeland has encouraged her family to get stronger and come out of a comfort zone. Rania studied hard to become an exemplar specialist. First she went to the Panthéon-Assas University, Paris where she received the Bachelor’s degree in Economics magna cum laude and a DEUG diploma one year later. During the next three years she studied at the Paris-Sorbonne University, from where she graduated with a degree in International Law. Her career was developing rapidly. Right after graduation she had an internship at the French law firm assisting to the lawyer of President Jacques Chirac (Dupré Law Office). Since 1998 till nowadays she has been working with the Dalfa Group, helping her brothers develop her father’s business. Rania’ father, Mr. Fakhri Dalloul, established the Dalfa Group in 1983. Over 30 years on the elite real estate market, Dalfa has become the estate agent of choice. Providing its services across the United States, Europe and the Middle East, the company is known as a trusted leader in this business field. In 2011, the Dalfa Group also successfully entered into franchising agreements with such restaurant chains as Domino’s Pizza, Cold Stone, Hardee’s, Moti Roti, etc., and offers luxury yachts for chartered cruises. A woman of career, Rania Dalloul is also a loving wife and a mother of seven. Her great heart proved to have enough love not only for her own children; she adopted 18 children from an orphanage in India. Even after that she never abandoned the remaining orphans in the institution, extending her aid both in the form of donations as well as helping to build up a base for the institution’s sustainability. Her efforts are not limited to India, she makes regular substantial donations to various institutions in Cambodia and Lebanon. Although Rania left Lebanon as a child she never forgot about her roots. She maintains tight links with the Lebanese community in London and participates in its events whenever possible. In Rania’s tight timetable there is always time for hobbies. According to Dalloul herself, daily exercise in the gym is essential for her to achieve success in triathlon. Yoga is another thing that helps Rania cope with the workload and emotional stress. Her favourite Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga help her keep her inner balance. In the search of harmony Rania has repeatedly traveled to India where she discovered the benefits of meditation. Rania loves cooking. As a Lebanese she has become an expert in the Mediterranean food. All those who ever tasted Rania’s cooking admit that she could make a chef at any Michelin restaurant. Recently she has her first cook book published.
