Experience: Learned through the school of hard knocks of how NOT to fix and flip homes in Atlanta but was able to save two deals and make a little extra money and get a better idea of the renovation process. I will be sticking to rental properties for now but would like to get back into another flip once time permits. Real Estate Goals: Looking to purchase at least 3-6 properties per year to build a portfolio of 40+ rental units over the next 7 years. Currently Seeking: Single and small multi family buy and holds using BRRRR in the Jackson metro area.
