I live in northern NJ with my wife and our 3 young children. Experience: While growing up my family owned a number of student rental houses in our home town; summers were consumed with cleaning up, repairing and painting houses. The first house my wife and I bought was a 3 family house in Toronto, we lived in the upper unit and rented out the other two apartments. Currently working on my first rehab in northern NJ. Real Estate Goals: The ultimate goal is to get $15,000 in monthly buy and hold income in the next 3-5 years. Currently Seeking: Currently looking for "buy and hold" income producing properties in the NY/NJ/CT area (or elsewhere depending on the opportunity) as well as rehab properties in northern NJ.
