Hello, my name is Ratan, I have sold my property management company in 2019, where we managed just under 200 units, including my own portfolio. The company that purchased my company now manages my portfolio, and I am continuing to add more units. Also I am getting back into the mortgage business to help my fellow investors get money for/from their rental properties, either to buy more or refinance more expensive loans.
