Raymond Hunce

I am a real estate investor investing in properties in Baltimore City/County, MD, and surrounding counties. I am the Co-Founder and General Manager of Hunce & Bohne, LLC, a Maryland based real estate investment firm. I am interested multifamily properties generally between 5-12 units and asking for $500k or less; preferably needing only light to moderate rehab, but no repositions. I find properties offered at around an 8-cap and above tend to be more reasonably priced and a deal more likely to be successfully negotiated.
