Hello BP community. My name is Ray. I am the Founder and CEO of GoodGuyRealEstateGroup, LLC. I’m from Boston however I invest and wholesale in several markets all across the country. I haven’t been very active on here over the last few years but now that I have a lil experience and much more wisdom I plan on posting more frequently and sharing my investing journey with everyone. Several months ago (After many many struggles and countless sleepless nights being a landlord (which I hated). 😂 I finally decided to focus on my wholesale business. At this point that is my primary focus however I’m also willing to do a Fix & Flip once in awhile if the numbers make sense. Over the next several months I plan on acquiring a few more rental properties. This time around I definitely hire a property management company and remove myself from the day to day affairs of landlording) If anyone has any good off market multi family properties in B-Class/C-Class neighborhoods please let me know. Particularly Down South or in the Midwest. I’m also interested in joining forces with any Private Lenders, so if you lack experience or time, I’m willing to find the deals, run the numbers and oversee the whole project until completion.
