Ryan Bergeron

I am a civil engineer working at a firm focused on residential and commercial developments in the Grand Strand area. Additionally, I work as a consultant performing commercial property condition assessments for major debt and equity clients. I am primarily interested in building a portfolio of buy-and-hold rentals with an emphasis on value-add deals. Since moving to Horry County, my wife and I have begun working towards the purchase of our first mobile home park. We plan to build a portfolio of self-managed properties in Horry and Brunswick counties that give us the monthly cash flow to enjoy a modest, experience-focused lifestyle on our own terms.
