Reginald Calloway

I’m Reginald Calloway, founder of ASC Real Estate Solutions and a real estate investor based in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. My focus is acquiring distressed properties, renovating homes, developing new construction, and building long-term wealth through rentals and multifamily projects. I’m currently expanding into ground-up construction, including single-family homes and fourplex developments throughout Western Kentucky. Outside of residential real estate, I’m the co-founder of Small Steps of Faith, a childcare company operating across three commercial properties. That experience has taught me how to manage businesses, properties, teams, and long-term growth simultaneously. I’m also a published author and the founder of Above Theory Media. My book, One Step Above, shares my journey of overcoming adversity, changing my mindset, and building a life centered on freedom, legacy, and opportunity. I’m a member of Henry Washington’s real estate mastermind, where I continue sharpening my systems, expanding my network, and learning how to scale with intention. My mission goes beyond buying houses. I’m building businesses, creating opportunities for others, and establishing a legacy that will outlive me. I’m here to connect with investors, lenders, contractors, developers, and action-takers who believe in collaboration and building something meaningful.
