I first started investing in real estate in 2010 buying my first fix and flip then move into long term rentals. Experience: I'm Licensed in Illinois and work in the Northwest Suburbs Chicago I have had commercial property and multi-family rental properties as well as rehab projects in Illinois, northern California and West Michigan. My personal investment experience has been: residential and commercial also local and out of state. Real Estate Goals: Help other achieve the goal of financial freedom.
