I originally started when I first turned 18 years old by locating distressed properties and reselling them to rehab professionals. Once I started going to college, I moved away from locating distressed properties to managing Homeowners Associations, Commercial Property, and Apartment Buildings. Additionally, I advise for investors who are looking to purchase in Homeowner Associations to determine several factors that can inhibit realistic returns.
