Currently I have worked as a Texas Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector specializing in assessment and ownership research. I Have 3 amazing children that inspire me to do better in life. I'm married to my best friend. I specialize in Texas Property Tax Foreclosure Auctions and flipping those properties that my company buys to investors, developers, and home owners. Experience: Currently I am employed at a Local County Tax Assessors office. My first tax foreclosure property had a net profit of 233%, it's a shame it took 16 months to complete the deal. I have 8 years experience as a Deputy tax assessor collector in the state of Texas. As time progressed, I have completed a half dozen real estate transactions, some with great people I would work with again. I have never lost money on a property, but have had to hold some for longer than I may have wanted to. During the process I have revamped my goals, shut down my business to move in a different direction. I still believe that money is easy to make in real estate, just sometimes it may take a little longer than anticipated. Real Estate Goals: I strive to focus my goal of being self reliant. When I say self reliant, I don't mean just making it. I define self reliant as an individual who takes upon themselves to act in the best interest and greater good for generating a life and income without dependency on others. Within five years, I expect myself to begin a property social marketing management firm, and to personally own enough rental properties that generate, $10,000 per month in passive income.
