Currently: Commercial real estate brokerage. Specifically in the sale of net lease retail investment properties (single tenant and multi-tenant) nationally and helping clients throughout their 1031 exchange process. Purchased my first investment in 2018, a SFH in a college neighborhood in MetroBoston.
