Before I was a sailor, telecom professional, or business owner, I was a customer.  To me the most important part of being a customer is the experience provided by the person assisting me.  The Golden Rule tells me to treat my clients as I would like to be treated.  However, I take this a step further and operate by the Platinum Rule.  I treat my clients as they desire to be treated.  In the grand scheme, anyone can assist you in buying or selling real estate.  The difference I offer is a world class experience and perpetual support.
