House Flipper in Connecticut.. First year full time in real estate - 2019 Have been learning the ins and outs of the business since 2015 Acquired my first deal in 2015 Goal is to do 9 deals this year.. Wish me luck. 2019 out come. Updated 01/26/2020 Flipped two houses profit was 38k on one And 53 k on the other. Assigned 3 properties for a fee, combined fees where $31,500 Acquired 2 multis, one 3 family that we are refinancing, and holding the other was a 2 family, I acquired it subject to the existing mortgage. The sub 2 deal turned to be not as good as we where expecting, the mortgage went up after purchasing and the existing tenants pay but not always on time. One thing I believe in is that together we can achieve more, so I am looking for a strategic partner to join me in my business. When I say partner, I mean giving the person part ownership.
