My real estate adventure began in 1998 at the age of 15 at a residential land development company. I flipped my first property in 2004 and have been hooked ever since. I'm also a musician, husband, and father of two who loves hockey, traveling, and great food and wine (who doesn't?). Experience: I am a full time Real Estate Investor and Broker. I have flipped over 55 residential properties and have consulted or advised on countless other deals over my career. I also have extensive experience in market analysis and valuation in the greater Raleigh and Durham market having completed over 3,900 BPOs or other similar valuation products for several large national banks between 2011 - 2016.
