I am a buy and hold investor who buys multiple properties per month. I specialize in buying residential 1-4 unit properties from motivated sellers, rehab the units, rent them out to tenants and then refinance into long term mortgages to get 100% of my capital back out. I've grown my portfolio to over 90 units in the last several years using this process. I'm switching gears in 2018 and now have my Real Estate License. I'm currently taking off market deals and matching them with investors who are looking to purchase "2% Rule" properties or package deals. I find/provide the deals, have management companies willing to work as boots on the ground, and local bank financing that is willing to lend to out of state investors.
